Konewa Cottage is completely self contained. Breakfasts are included in the tariff as are tea, coffee and biscuits. However you don't need to cook for yourselves if you don't want to.

Our emphasis is on ingredients fresh from our own gardens and local produce. The honey you will get for breakfast comes from the Pohangina Valley and the jams are home-made from our own berries. All the eggs used are produced by those featherd queens of flap and squawk; Ena, Martha, Minne, Deidre, Gail and Sally who can be found either in their hen house or holding court in the orchard. Please feel free to visit them; they will be pleased to see you.
